The 2nd BFU International Garden-making Festival will be hosted by Beijing Forestry University from the end of September to the middle of October 2019. With bamboo and flowers as major material, the Festival aims to promote a craftsmanship spirit and cultivate landscape architectural students’ creativity through drawings, models and actual works, the festival will provide an opportunity to integrate material construction and artistic expression.

本次北林国际花园建造节的竞赛主题为“花园的诗意”，以原竹和花卉作为主要材料，设计并建造一座小花园。第二届“北林国际花园建造节” 竞赛自2019年1月发布方案征集以来，受到广泛关注，共有365组报名参加设计竞赛的团队，分布在103所高校中，共计2004人。

The theme of the 2nd BFU International Garden-making Festival is “The Poetics of Gardens”, asking all participants to build a garden with natural bamboo and herbs. Since the launch of the scheme collection of the Competition, "the 2nd BFU International Garden-making Festival" in January 2019, it has attracted wide attention. 365 teams have signed up for the design competition, which are distributed in 103 colleges and universities with a total of 2004 people.

4月15日，方案征集截止，共收到248份作品，分布在70所高校中，共计1529人。评审工作已结束，现公布评审委员会以及获奖名单。

On April 15th, the scheme collection ended, a total of 248 entries were received, which are distributed in 70 colleges and universities with a sum of 1529 people. The jury work has been completed and the jury committee and winning award list are now revealed.
