The Portable Laser Cannon is a weapon introduced in Episode 69. It is a handheld version of Titan Cameraman's shoulder plasma cannon, except wielded by Armed Very Large Cameramen and Armed Cameramen. It is a powerful weapon that is incredibly effective to injure Skibidi Toilets and even kill them. However, due to its large size, the Portable Laser Cannon is specifically wielded by larger characters to compensate for the weight of the weapon.

The Portable Laser Cannon shares features to an Arm Plasma Cannon, except shaped more like one of G-Man Skibidi Toilet's laser cannons, having a red laser beam instead of a yellow one, and a grip point for the Cameraman to hold. They can only be used by Large Cameramen because it would be too heavy for a Normal Cameraman and too small for a Titan to pick up. They could be the next-gen weapons of The Alliance, therefore replacing the Rocket Launcher as the main weapon for Large Cameramen. This is unlikely as the Rocket Launcher was seen in active use just a few minutes before this weapon's debut.

The functionality is to destroy Skibidi Toilets with ease by harshly burning and frying them. The weapon is able to fire a continuous stream of red light to obliterate opponents. It notably disintegrates smaller opponents with ease, but has a different effect on larger opponents, being that they take a longer time to get damaged and harmed by the weapon. Furthermore, the weapon has absolutely no effect on shields, be that physical or energy shields, as shown when one of the Shield Rocketeer Skibidi Toilets was unaffected by the weapon after a few long seconds of the cannon being fired at them.

It was probably created by the Scientist Cameraman and Scientist Speakerman when The Alliance were getting upgrades, the contribution of the Scientist Speakerman is presumed because of the red color, being a color that resembles the Speakerman.
