陈海涛

本课题组主要围绕基因组学开展研究，具体包括：1）从全基因组角度，寻找与复杂疾病发病、预后及疗效相关的遗传标志物；2）结合生物信息学和功能实验，探究复杂疾病遗传标志物的具体作用机制；3）整合传统风险因素和遗传标志物，构建可用于高危人群筛检的预测模型。
