This T-Code is an essential part for reporting team, as it helps to retrieve both the Profit & loss Account & the Balance sheet. Apparently looking it looks a simple T-code but by using its various selection & configuration criteria, we can use it for our multiple reporting purposes We can use direct T-code F.01 or can go through reporting section in FICO Module.

Following are the layout options appears in F.01:- 1. Classical List – This results in the normal display of all the balance sheet & P&L Account Ledger balances & values as per the defined criteria like reporting period, company code, GL Account selection etc. 2. AVL Grid Control – This layout gives results in a excel type grid line format, from there we can perform simple sorting, filtering etc. directly in report without using further selection window. This also helps us to copy lines directly from SAP to an excel. 3. AVL Grid Tree Control – This layout is further extension to above & generates the report in a chart of accounts tree format, which helps us to make the statutory schedules & notes as per the laws & reporting requirements. Here we can name different layouts as per our requirement & can select at entry window only the required layout so every time we get our customized report ready to view & analyse.
