岗位职责:

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating all activities of Food & Beverage personnel; for continuously improving food and beverage sales while keeping costs at a minimum; for ensuring that hotel standards of food and beverage preparation and service are maintained; for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of food and beverage outlets. Responsible directly to the General Manager for compliance with established food and beverage policies and practices of hotel .

计划组织,控制和协调餐饮部所有员工;在控制成本到最低的同时,不断促进餐饮销售;确保高质量高标准的酒店餐饮服务;维护餐饮部各餐厅的运作正常,干净整洁。根据餐饮部的规则或酒店的规则直接向总经理汇报。
