最简单的方式是使用 too much 来表达“过分”。

Recently so many bad things have been happening. It’s all been too much. 最近发生了一些不好的事。真是太过分了。

我们也可以用 too far。

You took it too far. 你过分了。

out of line 表示某事物或情况已经超出了可控制的范围，也就是过分。

Your behavior was completely out of line. 你的行为太过分了。

这里的 line 表达为一个合理的界线，界线外面就是过分了。类似的也可以用 cross the line，越界了。

You cross the line. 太过分了，你越界了。

over the top 来意指某事物或行为过于夸张，通常是指出乎寻常的程度。
