Twitter「账号已被永久冻结」，怎么申请解冻？

今天登录Twitter账号，页面提示「你的账号已被永久冻结」，因此不能发布推文，也不能修改账户设置。

这是登录Twitter后，首页的提示信息：

上图的推特用户名、邮箱地址如果无误就不用点击后面的「Reset 重置」，然后在下面的文本输入框内填写自己Twitter账号的情况，和认为是错误被封禁的理由等。这个页面是英文的，我也只好找软件翻译为英文。最后，点击「Submit 提交」。
