My personality is optimistic and cheerful. When I encounter problems, I never give up. I try to change my perspective and always try to find solutions. I think my greatest strength is Calm down quickly. Whenever I encounter something or a difficult problem, I can quickly adjust my mind and calm down. I learnt to talk aloud. I practiced telling stories and doing presentations in front of my parents and friends. 在空闲时间时候我喜欢跑步，跑步不仅可以让我身体健康，并且在跑步的时候我很享受。当我慢跑时候我可以一边跑步一边思考今天放生的事情或者学习上遇到的问题。当我心情比较糟糕难受时候，快跑会我得以放松和释放压力，使得我心情变得舒畅起来。

I like running in my spare time. Running not only makes me healthy, but also I enjoy running. When I jog, I can think about the things I released today or the problems I met in my study while running. When I am in a bad mood, running fast will help me relax and release pressure, making me feel better.

My favorite book is “The three body problem”, which is the milestone of our Chinese science fiction literature. It describes a variety of sci-fi scenes and stories that fascinate me. It is the birthplace of Cantonese opera and one of the birthplace and prosperous places of Guangfu culture.
